How much does your service cost?

Pricing couldn’t be easier. Regular weekly customers are charged $1.39 per pound and “by request” customers are charged $1.50 per pound. Large bedding items are billed on a “per item” basis. Click here for a full price list.

How will I be billed?

We bill your credit card directly. We will email you a detailed invoice each time your card is billed. You can also receive invoice totals by text.

Can I pay by cash or check?

Unfortunately no. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Is there a delivery charge?

No. Pickup and delivery are included FREE as part of Laundry Express’s world class laundry pickup and delivery service.

Is there a minimum charge?

There is a minimum total charge of $20.00.

I forgot to put my clothes out. Is there a missed pickup fee?

You can set up your account so that you receive email and/or text reminders to make sure you don’t forget. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out we do reserve the right to charge a $10.00 missed pickup fee to cover costs.

Is there any contract or long-term commitment?

None whatsoever. And you can cancel or suspend your account at any time.

How often can I change or update my laundry preferences?

As often as you like! Some of our customers tweak their profile prior to every pickup because they have special washing or folding instructions for us. Our laundry professionals always review your special laundry and folding instructions prior to beginning your laundry. To update your special instructions at any time just log into your account.

Do I get a FREE Laundry Express laundry bag?

Yes, you get a FREE laundry bag when we return your first order.

What if I am not home when you pick up and deliver?

No problem. Just leave the laundry somewhere we can access it and then log into your account and edit your Pickup/Delivery Instructions. Many customers have us leave their laundry at their back door or in a foyer.

When will my laundry be picked up and returned?

We pick-up every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and return your clean laundry 48 hours later. We make every effort to build our routes to make sure you have a consistent and convenient pickup/drop-off time.

Will Laundry Express remind me to leave my laundry out for pickup?

Sure. You have the option of setting up text and/or email reminders. There are also lots of other notifications you can receive if you prefer. You can manage all of your notification settings by logging into your account

I forgot to leave my laundry out . What should I do?

Call or email customer service at (203)?676-7837 or email?hello@laundry-express.com.?If our drivers are still in your area, we’ll make every effort to arrange for a pickup.

Can I get my clothes air-dried?

We’re happy to air dry your clothes if you prefer but please be aware that because our turn-around time is so quick, they may be returned to you damp.
